One Year Later: What We Have Learned Since Introducing the First XERF RF in North America

In June 2025, Floresta Spa became the first clinic in North America to offer XERF RF.

At the time, few people in Canada had heard of the technology. We had spent months researching advanced skin rejuvenation technologies from around the world and were particularly intrigued by the innovation emerging from South Korea. XERF RF stood out because it aligned with our philosophy of natural-looking results, personalized treatment planning, and minimal disruption to daily life.

One year later, we find ourselves reflecting not only on the technology itself, but also on the lessons we have learned from the clients who trusted us to be part of their skin health journey.

Lesson 1: Beautiful Results Are About More Than Technology

When people first begin researching skin rejuvenation, they often focus on finding the "best device."

Over the past year, we have learned that the most successful outcomes rarely come from a device alone.

Every client arrives with a unique combination of goals, concerns, anatomy, skin quality, lifestyle habits, and previous treatment experiences. The most meaningful results come from understanding the individual first and then selecting the right treatment strategy.

Technology matters. Personalized treatment planning matters more.

Many treatments focus primarily on the surface of the skin.

One of the reasons we chose XERF RF is its focus on structural firming and tightening through collagen remodeling and support.
